Moreno, who has gained notoriety for his audacious advice shared on social media platforms, is now evading law enforcement, as confirmed by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) according to reports from the New York Post.

Moreno's journey into the United States began when he crossed the border illegally at Eagle Pass, Texas, in April 2022. He quickly became part of the Alternatives to Detention program, which was designed to monitor migrants through ankle monitors and other technologies. However, Moreno soon violated the terms of this program and became what ICE officials refer to as an “absconder.”
The Venezuelan migrant's activities came to light when his TikTok account, boasting over 500,000 followers, was suspended for violating the platform’s policies against promoting criminal behavior. In one of his videos, viewed nearly 4 million times, Moreno elaborates on his plans to squat in the U.S., suggesting that the law allows for the takeover of dilapidated and poorly maintained homes, which can then be repaired, lived in, or even used to secure credit lines.
