In the late 1980s and early 1990s, some of the then-leaders of the former Soviet Union were left dumbfounded by the giant variety of foods and consumer goods in regular American stores.
Biden’s Turning America into the Soviet Union
Everything that Soviet Union communists’ planned economy could produce and offer to its subjects paled in comparison with the variety of goods available at even the smallest American supermarkets.
Particularly memorable was the visit in 1989 by Boris Yeltsin, then head of the Russian Soviet Socialist Republic to a regular grocery store in Houston, Texas.
The Russian leader was astounded by the choices American consumers had at the time. Fast forward to 2022, and the latter is largely gone in the United States, thanks to an administration run by American Marxists.
Sleepy Joe has invented a time-space travel machine and literally turned countless American stores into Soviet Union stores from the 1980s. A growing number of US retailers have now been sporting empty shelves on and off for several months now.
Empty shelves across America are nothing new, as those have been around since summer when the biggest, richest, and most diverse economy in the world got reduced to lacking basic consumer goods.
However, the empty shelves are taking off again.
Growing numbers of Americans from across the nation are posting on Twitter photos of striking goods shortages from sea to shining sea, with the hashtag #BareShelvesBiden quickly rising as a trending topic.
Numerous regular shoppers and media reporters have taken to Twitter to demonstrate their frustration with the ongoing, exacerbating supply chain crisis and goods shortages resulting from it.

Biden’s Current Supply Chain Apocalypse
As of Monday, January 10, 2022, lots and lots of users were posting photos of empty shelves within their grocery stores, using the #BareShelvesBiden hashtag.
Those who resorted to the #BareShelvesBiden hashtag even included reporters and media personalities from mainstream leftist media – such as Kayla Tausche, a senior White House correspondent for CNBC.
Tausche posted photos she took at an empty “Trade Joe’s” store and added the caption, “Apocalypse Now.”
Even Atlanta’s former Democrat Mayor, Keisha Lance Bottoms, joined the chorus. She revealed Southwest Atlanta has been hit particularly hard by supply chain issues.
The mainstream leftist media, as a whole, have been highly unwilling to expose the abject failure of the Biden administration to prevent the supply chain crisis tormenting America.
Against the backdrop of the #BareShelvesBiden hashtag, Brian Stelter from CNN, one of the most active mainstream media stooges of the far-left administration, tweeted a photo of fully stacked shelves that he took at a Wegman’s.
Not that this changes the big picture of Americans all over the nation experiencing total shock and surprise, thanks to Bare Shaves Biden.

I’ve received 8 messages & counting from my very polite @Instacart shopper over the last 10 minutes about missing items in the Cascade Rd @Publix. I shopped in Buckhead & Vinings last week and no one else seems to have the supply chain issues we’re experiencing in SW Atlanta. pic.twitter.com/aDsTgwvljD

#BareShelvesBiden at Stater Bros in Simi Valley, CA. This was the 2nd store we went to looking for bagels. Found the bagels but zero – ZERO – plain cream cheese. If you want Kraft parmesan cheese or Top Ramen, you're pretty much out of luck. pic.twitter.com/qS7Lx8gRMa
