If you’ve been catching up with the latest TV hits, you’re probably well aware of a patriotic show titled “The Terminal List,” starring none other than Chris Pratt.
Despite its top-notch quality, leftist rags will continue to label it an atrocity.
On the other hand, though, just about anyone with a semblance of taste knows the show is quality television. It is possibly Pratt’s best screen outing yet; although his lead role in Marvel’s superhero series does come close.
The Terminal List creates divide between critics, audiences
However, the real reason for their disapproval of the show lies in the story itself, rather than the presentation.
It depicts a former Navy Seal struggling to reintegrate after a deadly ambush on a mission, only to find himself in a conspiracy that ends up driving him on the path of revenge.
The show is practically everything someone seeking a thrill could ask for. It’s packed with constant action and a deeply rooted patriotic narrative, where the good guys are allowed to deliver punishment to anyone who stands in the way of justice.

Naturally, something that practically screams “freedom” and promotes American values never sits right with the left-leaning crowd.
The lead being Chris Pratt only made it worse, for reasons unbeknownst to anyone on the right side of the political spectrum.
Apparently, every piece of media is now mandated to carry some sort of “woke” message, whether it be through pointless character tokenization or the pointless shoving of liberal propaganda into every crevasse of a modern TV show.
Rotten Tomatoes critics back at it again
The Daily Beast was among the first to embarrass themselves by sharing their questionable opinions on Pratt’s show.
They claimed it to be yet another reskin of cult classics Jack Ryan and Jack Reacher trilogies aimed at “violent” white men.

Soon thereafter, others jumped on the trend.
The Hollywood Reporter stated the show is suitable only for someone willing to watch “substance-free military nonsense,” whereas others claimed it was designed to desensitize the general public to military violence.
If the reviews from a couple of liberal propaganda outlets weren’t enough, Rotten Tomatoes gave the show a terrible score.
It is currently sitting around 34% while leftist media pushes the idea of it being a “slog” and says Chris Pratt isn’t capable of carrying the role.

However, if we take a look at audience scores on Rotten Tomatoes, “The Terminal List” is a major success, with a 92% audience approval rating.
In fact, you’d have a hard time finding a negative review from the unbiased audience who actually watched the show, especially considering the fact Pratt’s acting throughout the show’s first season was pristine.
In the end, what it boils down to is whether a piece of television media lives up to liberal standards or not. As long as we’re producing shows that refuse to fit into liberals’ social justice mold, they’ll always find something to be angry about.
